I got over 100 autos of Duke's football team , able to get two from each at a time , very well done signing inside with players divided by where they played so there was different locations / lines . Free team posters and some had cards . Very nice to the kids .We didn't know where to park so we walked at least a mile to this , toured the sports buildings and campus . This was a three hour drive then one hour to Greensboro for a baseball game - two hour home drive . Up at 6:00 am home at midnight . So this OLD man dragging this morning .

In other news, my step daughter gets to go to her first Twins game today. Her grandmother got tickets 7 rows behind home plate at Target Field and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little jealous.

My middle G/S is nine weights 80lbs practices against 11 year olds at 200 lbs . He will get up and ask to hit them again . While talking to Duke players I would say put him in pads and he will hit you because you weight under 200 lbs . This would bring comments from them and a fist bump with him . Made me very proud .
Oldest is 11 and he was passing with another and getting praise on his bullets and other boy catching .
I was floating in air about my boys .

Get ready for a lot of pictures. Here's my weekend in pictures. There are a few things missing since I took a few things to get signed for others that have already been returned to there rightful owners.

Here's what is not pictured-
Michael Cuddyer signed ball with a '17 Twins Hall of Fame inscription
Jim Perry ball with 1970 AL Cy Young inscription
Taylor Rogers signed ball
Tom Kelly signed 5x7 card for his 1,000th managerial win
Bert Blyleven 11x14 (will post a picture later)

So I'll start off with what got signed at the games. Archie signed for everybody both Friday and Saturday. I'm definitely a fan after seeing his interactions with everybody. Hermann signed a lot both days as well.

Then there was Jorge de la Rosa. I picked up a Rockies game used jersey of his a couple of years ago. I just thought it would be unique to have since he currently had the most wins as a Rockies pitcher. I was getting my stuff ready to go and remembered he was on the Diamondbacks so I figured what the heck, I can take it to try and get signed. I was holding it up as he was coming in from BP and he came walking straight over to me to sign it. I like to think that if it weren't for the jersey, nobody would have gotten his autograph Friday night

Then there was the HOF breakfast Saturday morning. There were a few guys on the list that didn't show up- Kent Hrbek, Eddie Guardado, and Greg Gagne. Rod Carew was there, but did not sign for anybody, but I don't blame him with the way he might be feeling these days. I didn't think Bert was going to be there as the program started at 9:30 And he wasn't there. About 10:15 he showed up. Some of these items are for a couple of other guys, such as one of the Gordon balls, Jim Perry ball, and Tony Oliva ball.

A little bummed the Sharpie didn't start working well until he got to his last name, but oh well. I'm thrilled with the GG inscription. Was debating between that or Spiderman

Got the Ginter signed for somebody else. Already have one for my collection

And then we were selected for a season ticket holder signing Saturday that included Kyle Gibson, Taylor Rogers, and Byron Buxton. I didn't really have anything that I needed Rogers and Gibson on so I had them sign my yearbook. Then I got a ball signed for somebody else and a pretty sweet Gibson item signed for TGutta. I hope he doesn't mine me sharing the picture

And then I traded TGutta for this one and finally was able to pick it up from him

Right?! It's been a couple seasons since I made it to a game. I'm a little upset I couldn't take her to her first game but her Dad is pretty absent so I try not to object when her Dads family does stuff like that.

awesome stuff Zac! love to see the Ginters are still happening.
Slowly, but surely. I haven't had the chance to really send any TTM lately. I did have one prepared for Rod Carew if he was signing at the breakfast, but I knew the chances were low
