Molina is the best defensive catcher in the game currently but the GG should have gone to either Martin or Lucroy this season.

When someone plays baseball 24 hours a day, you might have a point.
D.J. Lemahieu is certainly not a big star, yet was very deserving in winning a gold glove this year. The smoothest 6'4" 2b I've ever seen. He beat out much better known names Brandon Phillips and Chase Utley.

I swear I'm not.
But what I'm gathering is that there are different 'rules' for pitchers and position players when it comes to DL stints.
Well if that's the case, then pitchers shouldn't be eligible to win the MVP award.

Kershaw was the best by a wide enough margin to hold the CY Young despite the time away. Yadi isn't so good defensively that he can miss 7 weeks of the season and still win it. IMO
