I would bet that the photo editor didn't know that about the photo, but they simply needed a head shot for this set and didn't have any posed shots.

And as usual, the writer has to pretend like they know something about sports cards...which never works.

Yeah...the part about going to the drug store and buying cards threw me a little...

While Hudson may not want to be reminded of that day, its an interesting story for collectors to associate with a card nonetheless.
