Ill assume beckett is overwhelmed because they put nationals first before customers...so they're backed up and our time restarted to 20 days automatically when they came back from nationals...or whenever they feel is convenient for them

Meh. I paid for 10 business day service and it's been at least 15 since the Monday after the NSCC. It doesn't add up unless someone is playing games. This is starting to piss me off. These grades should be free under the BGS eff up policy unless gilmo screwed something up. This talk about the NSCC delaying things is bunk as it should have only caused a three day delay, not a full week or more. It would be nice to get some communication on this matter.
