Kyle Holder at #30 makes me want to puke as a Yankees fan...It's the college version of Cito Culver and that isn't a good thing....

What makes this kid special? The consensus is that he's raw offensively and I don't think a college bat should be picked if he's a one dimensional player. I would have rather rolled the dice on Funkhouser or Baker.

So Milwaukee picked up Keith Law's #10 and #20 ranked players at picks 15 and 40 respectively. I can't wait to hear him explain how Milwaukee ****ed things up and had a C+ draft at best...

Baker is unsignable according to him. Holder is considered perhaps the best defender in this entire class. Good bat as well. I consider him a great get.

Benintendi looks like a solid pick to me. Love seeing plus speed and power.

Congrats to Dbacks on picking Dansby #1 . Smart kid, great player, and will be a great teammate. Can't go wrong picking a Vandy player #1 , Price was the other #1 . Dansby was so excited about being the #1 pick and Vandy going back to the College World Series he was at a loss for words when being interviewed this evening. Great kid and I'm really happy for him.

Pittsburgh chooses two shortstops: Newman and Kramer. Awesome

Not sure how to take the Cardinals selections; going with 3 High Schoolers that is. Obviously they are looking to develop OF talent for the future since the current team is flush at that position. Not shocked to see them pick another tall SP but again from the high school ranks is a bit of a surprise.

Thoughts anyone.....other than your gotta love Plummer since he is one of the few power hitters in this year's draft?
