Where is the rumor taking it?
AC was a bad choice from the get go.
I think the NSCC organizers are screwing themselves by not choosing Dallas - think of all the sports and hobby related activities that can be intertwined with the NSCC.
I prefer Denver or Phoenix myself as I stated earlier in the thread. The heat is no big deal for Phoenix if that is the NSCC organizer's concerns.

Nothing wrong with AC. Its a great place for a big convention.

I can do Baltimore but other two spots are just too far.
AC's taken a beating the last coupla years, but it's still a good spot for a nice size convention...

I agree. My only 2 Nationals that I went to are the last times they were held in Baltimore and AC. I think Baltimore is a better place than AC.
my issue is that more money will be going into the casinos than into the show
I thought the rumor was it may move to philly....

AC is a tough spot to get to if you are flying in....
Also a lot of people would spend a lot of money at the casinos rather than the show.... But it makes an easier sell to wives and girlfriends

Thats the worst part of AC. If your airport doesnt fly there, its about a 90 minute ride to the Convention Center...

Yeah, have to fly into Philly would be my guess. Then you could always take the train right to the convention center as Amtrak Station is attached.
More than likely i'd be in jersey that whole week so i'd fly into Newark but the the average person, the lack of good airport makes it a challenge. It would be nice to go to a national and stay in a beach house in barnaget...

now that would be awesome, a house on the beach. I was already thinking about staying in a comp room but I would probably pass for a beach house.
by 2016 there could be 4 casino's on the boards, Revel is next to close the doors.
