I see there are 2 cards look different but numbered the same
ok I have this one it is numbered to 99
NOLA, AARON 13.jpg

I just bought this one on e-bay and it too is numbered to 99. but there is no brown border

The top one is framed because you don't see his throwing hand behind the N. Is there a non-framed Silver parallel listed for this issue?

Looking at the Cardboard Connection checklist, there is a link to a spreadsheet for this set (unsure if this was provided by Panini or not). I took that spreadsheet and drilled down to Aaron Nola cards /99. It looks like for the two you posted above it are these two:

Studio Portraits Framed Signature Materials 7 Aaron Nola - Philadelphia Phillies #/ 99 (your top image)
Studio Portraits Signature Materials Silver 7 Aaron Nola - Philadelphia Phillies #/ 99 (your bottom image)
