The problem with drafts is that there is no set time or time limits based off when people draft so I understand it is easy to get upset and want to push it along, but since nothing was ever set up time wise, you can't be upset at someone not constantly looking at the site to see what a person makes their pick.

I think in the future, a draft night should be set in the chat room and each person has a few minutes to make a pick. There should also be a predetermined list in case someone isn't present or they failed to make a pre-draft list themselves. Until something like this is implemented, the drafts will always take a while to be completed.
