Morning All!

Didnt sleep well. Yesterday kicked my but mentally & physically.

On a positive note, I'm down another 3 lbs. Started my weight loss program in January of high protein, low sodium, low calories, low to no sugar. Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables,grilled chicken. So far, it's been working. I started out at 312lbs on Jan 3 of this year. I'm down to 266lbs. So far so good.

That's good to hear. I really need to do something. I've actually had the itch to start running again.

after last operation I gained 20 + , doc said LOSE 50 ----that will be down to 170 - same as 45 years ago
