Right click on it - Save to Desktop (save it to your PC)
Upload it to the web, like photobucket or FCB picture storage
In FCB, click on Settings tab at top
Under My Settings, click on Edit Signature
Insert Image URL code
Save

That is a very professional looking banner, but think of the fun you'd have going with the potato head/turd banner!!
