Good morning guys. Been sporting my Giants wear all season long, but today it feels even better to be sporting Orange and Black, especially with my world series hat i picked up Sunday.

A game 1 win would be a great birthday present for me today! Gonna be at work during the game, so i am gonna listen to the feed on my phone linked to our stereo system.

Really sucks that you're not gonna to get that game 1 gift man. Happy birthday though!

This completely changed my outlook on Nintendo as an innovator. Not once have I ever heard this mentioned from any historian. Makes me wonder if there are a box of NES modems (generally believed to have been unreleased in America as a whole) sitting in a box somewhere in the Twin Cities.

EDIT: Did some digging, someone somewhere said that 11 years ago one was listed on eBay and sold for $3,000.

EDIT 2: Wow, it looks like this entire thing almost put a hindrance on Nintendo's purchase of the Seattle Mariners. That's crazy.

EDIT 3: Well, that was fun. I have to start doing stuff now  I should mention that 2003 was before the big collector boom that happened a few years ago. No telling what something like that would go for today.

I don't remember the last time I was excited for a World Series. I'm really hoping that Bumgarner has an off night tonight
