They are definitely giving priority to all of their eBay sales shipping. Would it be wrong me to comment about it in eBay feedback? Something along the lines of "wish shipping was this fast on their website orders"

That's terrible, when I'm searching on eBay and see they're the seller I go to the site. I never need anything right now so I'll use my credit and save the shipping.

Well, only put 9 hours in today. Definitely better than the 12 I was averaging. Like the money, but not the lack of sleep or free time.
