Not when you can die of the SAME cancer (throat, mouth, nasal cavity, esophagus, stomach, pancreas, kidney, bladder, and ******) without EVER HAVING SMOKED.
Smoking does INCREASE the likelihood of you getting those cancers, but plenty of people get those cancers without the assistance of cigarettes.

I find it hard to believe any MLB player could smoke and physically perform up to standards in a 162 game season. Probably end up back in the minors lol
