I've talked to a few people about these, but does anyone have any information on them (note the venezuela stamp on the back)? Some have that stamp on the back and some don't. The backs are like this:

and the fronts are like this

A previous thread with some info of stickers with the Venezuela stamp.

http://www.freedomcardboard.com/for...er-Checklist-Help-Needed?highlight=venezuelan

Consensus was that the stickers were issued in Venezuela without the stamp, and that a collector there stamp them with the Venezuela stamp themselves. Multiple years can be found with the stamped back. The ebay seller that may have been the one who stamped the cards is alondra311266, who is based out of Puerto Rico and was the source of most of the "Venezuela" stamped stickers.

Brad was all ya needed ;) I have some on the Clark versions pictured in the other thread and refer to them as "Venezuela" . They aren't stamped but has Spanish text. With the stamped ones , basically like he stated , who knows who actually stamped them. I haven't ever come across a Will stamped one. Prob would pay a lil premium for it but nothing crazy.

Since I'm here I thought id mention the 1987 and 1989 Classic baseball game boxes have Jose pictured on the cover as an FYI

I actually looked up this person on ebay and asked - they said yes they were the ones that stamped.

So they said they stamped em and now state they didn't? Seems odd

Ryan

Here is my conversation with them thus far:

Me:
Hi there, I have been trying to find information on the panini venezuela stickers - I read somewhere that you may have stamped venezuela on the backs of some of them. Is this correct?

Them:
yes

Me:
Very interesting! A lot of us collectors have been wanting to know :) Do you know how many you stamped, and do you still stamp them?

Them:
From 2000 panini venezuela stickers have many. Send the list that you want it
Thanks

Me:
I was mainly asking why you stamped them :)

Them:
Stamped? No

Me:
Oh you didn't stamp them?

Them:
Send your wantlist of the players

Sooooo ... I don't know if it is a language barrier or what, but that is how it went!

Sounds like a language barrier. My question, as was yours, is why would they stamp them unless they figured they'd somehow increase the value? That seems to be the only reason I could guess they'd do it. So, unless there is Spanish text on the back, are they even really Venezuelan? The only "Venezuelan" sticker I own has Spanish text on the back.

@tpeichel34 I though was compiling a check list?

Ryan

Lots of missing numbers, though I have to imagine Canseco would be included.
