They are pretty rare by odds. 1:800 packs, but are still pretty affordable. Although this was pretty darn cheap.

Both were steals and I am sure didn't stay on ebay long. I also seen a 1996 Leaf Signature Jeter Auto sell for $10.00 and I just missed it by about 2 minutes a few years back.
