The Florida State Seminoles baseball team is scheduled to play an exhibition game against the New York Yankees on Tuesday, and that gave 2013 Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston the chance to meet with Yankee legends Derek Jeter and Jorge Posada.X

Update: Tuesday, Feb. 25, 3:40 p.m.
Winston didn't make it to the mound due to elbow soreness, but he made an appearance as aXfifth-inning defensive replacement and got a couple at-bats.X

Winston is used as a closer and part-time outfielder, so the chances of the two-sport star facing future Hall of Famer Jeter during the game are remote.

Despite a career in the NFL calling, the quarterback has stated he wants to pursue a future in both football and baseball. On that note, doesn't Winston look good in pinstripes?X

People always forget about Brian Jordan when mentioning two sport stars.
Jordan made the All-Star team in baseball and Pro Bowl team in football.

There will NEVER be another Bo Jackson

Absolutely! There will be no future "Bo Jackson" because no pro teams will let their athletes be dual-sport players due to what happened to Bo Jackson. With all that salary money, the teams won't want their athletes to take a risk on a career-ending injury from the other sport (or at least an injury that hastens the end of a career).

Also hurts that a sport like the NFL is creeping more and more into baseball season, so even if you found a pro team that would let an athlete be a MLB/NFL star, it wouldn't work out timing-wise. Pretty soon the NFL will be playing exhibition games on the 4th of July weekend, taking the spotlight away from MLB patriotism and MLB ASG.

Herschel Walker was just as gifted an athlete as Bo Jackson was.

Herschel wasn't running up outfield walls and throwing out runners at home from the warning track.

You can't play hypotheticals. If so, I'd say LeBron James could be the greatest two sport star ever. He could be the greatest basketball player ever and could easily be a Top 5 WR ever with little to no training.

There will never be another Bo period the thing about Bo is he could have had rushing titles 500 home runs Olympic gold metals MVPs in 2 sports... You can't even really compare him to Deon because he didn't take the hits really didn't tackle and in the mlb he was a speed player. Bo stands alone

Just because he didnt play baseball doesnt mean he isnt as good of an athlete. He was a 2 time all american in track, on the olympic bobsled team and doing MMA at the age of 50.

In all fairness i believe the only reason Hershel was doing mma @ 50 is because he needed a paycheck. Just saying
