Couldn't help myself on this one and had to pick it up. Anyone else remember this from the BMB? I think it was BrettKeith's?

So the red refractors were that year's 1/1 Superfractors, right?
I actually prospected a little that year, but my memory is fuzzy.

I can't believe it's been almost 12 years since '04 Draft came out.
I loved that set. Damn you Thomas Diamond!

He and Mitch Einertson were huge. I remember the Tui red appeared on eBay one day and sold for a $325 BIN, which everyone agreed was a huge steal. I think it was flipped in a fairly short time, but can't remember how much.

I don't believe you own that mudflap.

Prove it by taking a pic of you holding it and a piece of paper with your FCB name.

And while you're at it, show us your Futures game jersey.;)

I know it's hard to believe. If I were going to tell tall tales about owning a card, this would be the one I would pick.

I will try to provide proof when I get home.

I was just kidding mudflap.

Joey mentioned Hughes and BMB and how people didn't believed him owning his red refractor auto until he proved it by showing a pic of himself holding his screen name.

the torches and pitchforks were abundant during that fiasco. Made for a really fun read, though.

There were so many legendary stories on the bmb. Phil Hughes, metmouse, pitty flower boards, etc

Can you believe this is Hughes' 10th year in the Majors?!
He was posting on BMB as he was just about to break into the big leagues.
10 years ago!! Time flies too quickly. Sigh.
