My Harper Grades Popped today

Thanks to [MENTION=4259]CatdaddysCards[/MENTION] for the sub

All are Bryce Harper and this puts me up to 64 BGS slabbed Harpers. Still #1 on the Beckett registry but probably because noone uses it. LOL

9.5 - 2010 Bowman Chrome 18U USA Baseball Blue Ref
9.5 - 2012 Topps Heritage High Number
9.0 - 2014 Bowman Red 1/1 .5 away from a gem.

9.5 - 2014 Bowman Chrome Fire Die-Cut Refractors
9.0 - 2014 Immaculate Collection Immaculate Swatches /49
9.5 - 2013 Topps Triple Threads Unity Relics Gold /9 has the mizuno logo on it
9.0 - 2014 Topps Museum Collection Primary Pieces Four Player Quad Relics
8.5 - 2014 Immaculate Collection /99

9.0 - 2014 Immaculate Collection Platinum 1/1 .5 away from a gem
9.0/10AU - 2013 Topps Chase It Down Autographs /10

And the one im kind of ticked about.

9.5 - 2014 Topps Gold Label WTF!!! Centering 10.0 Corners 10.0 Edges 10.0 Surface 8.5

Overall i'm very happy and may try to sub bump both the 1/1s

I honestly thought it was going to be a 9. so im very excited. that grade probably shocked me the most out of any of them.

Yw Ken and glad you did well. It was awesome to be able to hold some of those and actually look at them. It'll be more awesome to hold them in slabs. I will put them in slab bags, before I ship them back to you. Don't do that for just anyone lol

Fwiw, it seems we had a VERY tough grader on this sub. If the 144 cards I sent (I look every card over) a couple received some very puzzling sub grades.

I think Tek will grade well, as long as the surface is clean. Edges shouldn't be an issue, and not a lot of centering.

ive looked at every tek card i have. not a ton but about 50 cards and all have minor surface scratching. not sure that can be helped on these.

Probably not. Rub them down with a microfiber cloth. Sometimes that can help. Be sure to work from center out.

The 2010 USA blue is a favorite of mine. I recall my wife and I buying blasters and sitting in the parking lot trying to pull that card. Good times...

yeah its a beauty. Ive wanted one for awhile and prices have finally dropped quite a bit on most Harper cards so i snagged it for $80. Super stoked it gemmed.
