The 2 patches on the left are from the 2001 MLB Century patch and the upper right is the Oriole patch from the sleeve..

When Upper Deck lost their baseball license, they made 2009 Ultimate cards with some amazing patches. Donruss did the same back in 2005 when they lost their license (check out some of the 2005 Playoff Absolute cards as well)
