This is a ****** move regardless of what he is trying to accomplish. If you buy from this clown, you're not getting the ebay bucks you would normally get if he charged a regular amount for shipping.

Even if the total price is comparable to what it would be with a normal shipping rate, I won't deal with buyers employing these high shipping rate tactics because I don't get "free money" on the back end. eBay Bucks, besides providing a nice incentive to buyers, should somewhat help these scumbag sellers lose business.
