A PSA 10 Molitor/Trammell almost hit 10k recently

I forgot about that card. Here are some others:

Two PSA Gem Mint 10 #36 Murray rookies sold for $5,300 in 2006 and $6,543 respectively in 2012
A PSA Gem Mint 10 Ryan sold for $5,454 in 2009
A PSA Gem Mint 10 #707 Molitor/Trammel sold for $4,569 in 2012 and $5,836 in 2013
PSA Gem Mint 10s of #703 Morris ($624), #704 Whitaker ($566) and #708 Murphy/Parrish ($349) each sold in 2012
A PSA Gem Mint 10 #707 Molitor/Trammell sold for $10,226 in 2015
A PSA Gem Mint 10 #400 Ryan sold for $17,877 in 2015

There are several low-pop PSA 10 commons in that set that might rival any number most of the stars would go for.

"Hatch" over on CU has the #1 rated set - all 726 cards are PSA 10. One of those is a Pop 1 (Chris Speier) and three are Pop 2: Dennis Blair, John Denny and Nolan Ryan, plus a decent handful of Pop 3 and 4.

That is a heavy set...approximately 68 lbs (considering each slab is about 1.5 oz). I wonder how "Hatch" has this set stored.
