So many things wrong with this one. I wonder if the seller is the scumbag, or if he got duped into buying this piece of junk and is trying to pass it off to some other idiot.

They're Topps custom card, you can make them yourself, using various Topps sets as templates. You choose a picture, write the text on the back, and the cards come dated with whatever year the template is from (so these cards are not from 2008). Basically, instead of making cards for his kid's crappy Little League team, he made fake 2008 Topps samples.
