This might be surprising but I do have two favorite cards. One is the 1988 Fleer. It was the first card that I got that pictured Dawson in a Cubs uniform. I was so confused as a kid why his 87 Topps card pictured him in an Expos card. The other is his 1993 Upper Deck Boston Red Sox checklist card that has a hawk drawn on it. I'm sure this isn't the answer you were looking for, but those are my two favorite cards. If I ever manage to get a 96 Select Certified Mirror Gold, well then things would probably change

Lol, I appreciate it. Only two Dawsons have ever left my collection, both to members of this forum. Now that my computer is working properly I should be able to get all my recent pick ups scanned and up loaded working my way down to my new 1/1s.

The first Andre Dawson card to leave my collection was shortly after I joined FCB. I was looking at Adam's [MENTION=1794]A_Pharis[/MENTION] Diamond King Recollection Collection on his webpage and noticed that his Dawson auto was actually a 2001 Diamond Kings Reprint Auto /86 and not a Diamond King Recollection Collection Auto. I checked my collection and not to my surprise I had an extra one. I can't remember exactly which one it was but for some reason I want to say it was a 2004 Donruss Timelines Recollection 86 DK black ink /34. Maybe Adam can help my memory. I contacted Adam and offered to trade him straight up so he would have the correct card for his collection.

The second Andre Dawson card was never really part of my collection. I purchased the card with the intention to give it to Charlie [MENTION=2520]ChasHawk[/MENTION] for MTSS. It was a 2005 Absolute Memorabilia 1/1. Once again I don't remember which card it was but maybe it was a Tools of the Trade Jumbo Jersey Black. Maybe Charlie can help my memory with that one.

This also leads me to a question. Are we doing MTSS this year? I believe George [MENTION=2418]George_Calfas[/MENTION] organized it the last time I participated. Any plans for an MTSS this year?
