Then again...is Pablo Sandoval an athlete?

Lots of swing and miss with J.B. Woodman. Good power, though.

Nationals are having a LOUD draft.

First they go Kieboom, then things get Neuse. (pronounced "noisy")

Bo Bichette to Toronto.

Good news, aarne13 - he's much better than his older brother. Maybe even better than his dad.

Gotta admit, Cards are getting some serious talent tonight. Just nabbed Connor Jones.

The Carolina on the Southern side
Nolan Jones falling to 55th is very surprising. It pisses me off that the D-Backs could have taken him but decided to go with a couple low talent position players. Grier may have some decent potential but Yerzy was just a terrible pick. Dave Stewart has been brilliantly terrible since arriving to Arizona. I thank him for allowing the Braves to rob him a couple times and ask that he let us do it again in the near future. Markakis for Bradley, Shipley & O'Brien? I could get with that. Normally you'd think no GM would be stupid enough to make such a trade...but he is the guy who just gave us Swanson, Blair & Inciarte for Shelby Miller.

Intriguing pick. I do like, he might require extra $$. The Woodman pick might have been a signability pick.

I found this blurb on Bichette- "That bat speed is at least plus and generates big time pull power, but Bichette’s in-game swing is noisier and messier than a Sex Pistols concert and there’s a chance he never hits. "

Super Mario - your Cardinals just drafted a SS in the 1st round who reportedly failed a PED test and has attitude issues.

Merry Christmas.

Someone was going to draft him.

I've never cared about teenagers being drafted, and I never will.

Local media are talking their heads of about this, and I'm over here still not caring.

I don't care about players until they're Major League ready and can help the big club.
