Stafford's position I never would have guessed.

Luck turns the ball over a lot.

Running QBs were supposed to change the game, but none of them are in the Top 10.

It will be interesting to see if any teams shy away from Mariota since he is a "running" QB.

And he seems a little undersized unlike Winston but I wonder if his off the field issues will be enough to worry NFL teams

Isn't Mariota 6'4"? Or are you referring more to his stature? Being a running QB always has it's dangers as we've seen with RGIII.

Here in Philly, fans are freaking out about their QB situation and are discussing an RGIII type package to try and draft Mariota. Nick Foles certainly was not playing at the same level this year as last where he had the 4th highest QBR at 69, so seeing his 62 this year didn't seem so bad. However, when you compare the QBR numbers from 2013 and 2014, you can see how much the strict rules on defensive backs has helped out QBs. As you'd expect, it has helped the pocket passers that are efficient decision makers the most.

Someone talk to me about Ryan Tannehill

I have some of his cards and thought he was a good value buy given what some QBs sell for. He has a great breakout season, proves he's deserving of a long term contract, and his cards drop, and then only rebound to 90% of where they were preseason. Seems like they should be 25% higher than preseason based on his numbers being substantially better than last season.

As an NFL QB he has great value, but as a card investment, what do you think? Do you hold him and hope he progresses more next year and goes from the middle of the pack into the top 10? Or dump him and move onto someone different with bigger upside?

396 Yds and 4 TDS was pretty good today. He'll probably stay under the radar until he does something in the playoffs. He's still pretty much an unknown.

surprised Mr Elite didnt drop to the bottom after yesterday's poop

Flacco had a big drop. Eli, Matt Ryan and Big Ben moved up, as did Russell Wilson, Rivers and Tannehill. Mark Sanchez finally got enough plays to qualify which bumper everyone down in the lower half.

Probably true. Looking again, even after a big breakout season, he's selling for 60-75% of preseason pricing. I'm not sure I understand that, unless people are only willin to spend on players who make the playoffs. Guess I'll keep snagging a few more here and there and see what happens next year.

Biggest surprises on the list IMO are romo as high as he is (even with an outstanding line and a top running game, I didn't think he had it in him), and not that he is a franchise QB but I thought Kyle Orton had played better than his rating suggests this year.

The Cowboys success can mostly be attributed to Romo going from a QBR of 59.5 last year to 82.3 this year. If it's true that Jerry Jone's son held onto the Johnny Manziel card so his father couldn't turn it in when the Cowboys pick came up at #16 , it was one of the smartest things he's ever done.

All the teams that are desperate for a QB, should regret passing on Teddy Bridgewater last year. He looks like he is the real deal.

Cowboys success should be attributed to Murray, Dez and the incredible O Line they have. I still have zero faith in Romo to do anything without studs all around him and with Dez or Murray gone next year I would expect huge regression.

This seems to be the view on Romo. If it goes poorly, the only person to blame is Romo. If it goes well, everyone around him made it go well and Romo was lucky. Romo is a great QB who is putting up one of the all time great seasons because he finally got an offensive line to protect him. Every QB needs a good O-line. Even manning blows when he isn't protected.

Kind of like Aikman?

Career Passer Rating
Aikman = 81.6
Romo = 97.6
