102 pitches for Glasnow, so that's probably it for him.

7 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 5 BB, 8 K

He'd be a no-doubt future ace if he could just keep those BB's down.

Moncada's first XBH in Double-A - a 2B off Giolito.
That's what I'm talkin' about.

I've seen him play in person 1 time his year and he impressed the hell out of me. I absolutely can't wait to see this kid rake in Fenway Park next year.

Now 3-for-4 & 2 RBI through 7, so he'll get another AB.

The Carolina on the Southern side
I'm assuming the reasons Giolito & Shipley's stats weren't posted was because they had bad games.

That's such a shame. I mean, yeah, it was still a good game and the outcome was great (no runs) but I just wish he could stop giving up so many walks. If he can't he'll just become another Shelby Miller type in the majors. Against better hitters the strikeouts will go down due to the fact he has problems finding the strike zone but the walks will remain very high. Shelby has a couple good seasons under his belt but he just isn't an ace.
