If I had the mirror gold and not the red crusade, I'd say the crusade would be my favorite. Since I have the red crusade, the mirror is my favorite (funny how that works, huh?) Actually, the 97 totally certified platinum is right up there with them as well. Not many folks seem to talk about them as much as the 96 mirror golds, but I still need it, so there for they are all on the same level to me.

As far as 90's inserts/parallels go, these too, are in the same league due to beauty and scarcity:

i have never owned a 96 mirror gold myself. for 90s sports card asthetics and rarity though, i find it EXTREMELY hard to believe anything can top the 97 pinnacle certified platinum MIRROR platinum golds #/30 from HOCKEY.
for you guys who haven't seen these before, they have the similar design like the 97 pinnacle certified platinum golds /30 for baseball...but they were given a ridiculous rainbow holofoil to match. you can see this to a lesser degree in the 97 certified team mirror golds /25.

CAN'T IMAGINE the prices Jeter and Griffey would go for if they were made the same way.

Yes, these are even more gorgeous in person (though that's a solid photo) and were incredibly tough to track down. I've got one of these and absolutely love it.

If you want a Mirror Gold Jeter and your not rich basically you need to sell your soul. Guess I better save for years in hopes to buy the last card I need to complete my master Jeter 1992 to 1996 set because you figure another will not pop up for a few years as I am sure there are only a handful of people who own this card and they have doubles.

Here is my last purchase for a while I am sure and I got this a few months ago.

Because Nelson owns one and I own three......don't see any of these four going anywhere

Edit, I originally typed Tony when I meant Nelson. Also, I misunderstood to question with respect to the error, I write about it in a few post down.

I have no soul to sell, so I'm working on out-living the guys who've stashed a few. Especially that George guy.
