Good morning. Cold and windy this morning. Supposed to get up around 40 today, then close to 50 tomorrow. Hopefully it melts a lot of the snow on the ground before it gets cold over the weekend again

Doctors talking TWO body operations if pills don't help . At least BP 110/60 --- different place - not nurse that catches my eye LOL

Just back from Dr's. Cortisone injections in both knees. Probably replacement in Feb - March
Can't take the pain anymore. 30mg of Vicodin a day doesn't cut it.
Also a possible torn rotator cuff .
I am going to be the Bionic man lol

I've done cortisone countless times. Also Synvisc, Orthovisc, Monovisc.... the litany of injectables.
Starting to get the sweats and feel the hot breath... the steriod flush. Always affects me
