I can't see the pics (can in the bracket, but not as separate), just an FYI if others are having trouble seeing.

Although I have much higher end autos I could have chosen for this bracket, I chose to use my 2005 Upper Deck Ultimate Bob Gibson/Lou Brock Signs of October on card Autograph 55/100 for a few reasons:

They both have naturally beautiful autographs and seeing them on the same card makes them look even better.

Gibson is seen with his game face sweaty look and Brock simply looks natural with the bat on his shoulder.

Because this is the Signs of October set it celebrates their World Series victories and success going over the years of 1964, 1967 and 1968.

Gibson was the MVP for the 1964 and 1967 World Series as well as NL MVP in 1967. Highlights also include his famous 17Ks against the Dodgers in game 1 of the 1967 W.S. And he won the Cy Young in 1968 as well. He pitched a total of 9 games with 7 of those being wins. I could go on and on about his incredible stats but will stop short there.

Lou Brock in the World Series alone hit .391 with 34 hits including 4 HRs and 13 RBIs in all three series. To save space I will stop short there as well.

To me this is a beautiful card with some history behind it. Many players don't take the time to sign as these two did and although this isn't the highest value card it speaks volumes from both a hobby standpoint and a history of baseball standpoint.

Tough decision on this one. I'm going to vote for the dual. Beautiful card, beautiful signatures and an iconic set. Very close call, this will be a good matchup

Love Brock, love Gibson , love the on card. But love the 1996 Leaf Sig set as one I the best there is, so I'll say Jeter on this one.

I'm not a Yankees or Cardinals fan but I cant let that bias get in the way of both teams historical significance to the game of baseball.

The Dual Signature Card has a clean front/design. Two St. Louis Cardinals HOF Icons pictured. Two very clean, legible and well placed signatures. The only draw back on this card is that they should have used either both b&w or colorized photos, not one of each. I wasn't back in the hobby when this set was produced but if all the cards in the set are like this one, I need to start finding some.

The Jeter has a nice design. Shows Jeter making a throw to first. Clean classic Jeter signature of future HOF'er.

This round is tough call but I'm going with the Dual Gibson/Brock only for the vintage feel, the Icon's on the card and the clean & legible signatures.

Jeter, I wanted to vote for the dual but I needed more of an action shot than the pose on the dual.

Jeter. Has all the elements of a nice on-card, limited auto. The thing I don't like about the dual is the one photo in color, one in black & white. Not like getting a color photo of Brock should be all that tough.
