not for a Phillies prospect in my experiance...very loyal fan base that rivals Yankees etc. yeah but still...nice for the seller.

As someone who has bought Phillies prospects there isn't much that's ever gotten to these levels at release...although the last #1 pick was pat burrell and he was pre-chrome autos.

People will be buying these for 60 in a month IMO
