Publishers Clearing House: Do people in aprtments win $

Have you ever seen anyone living in an aprtment actually win the contest?

    Its always home owners.

And since Im at it, why do people drive on a parkway and park on a drive way?
And why are there interstate highways in Hawaii?
Oh, can someone tell me why Komakazie pilots wore helmets and how come 7 Eleven stores have locks on the doors?
Plus, why doesnt glue stick inside the container......especially crazy glue?

Beavis says, "Why do they call it taking a dump instead of leaving a dump. I mean, after all, you're not taking it anywhere."

7-11 closes at 11pm here. Ever since a convenience clerk was shot and killed overnight in a small town in the state, the legislature has a rule that at least two people must work between 11pm and like 5 or 6am. 7-11's in my area choose to close the store or have two employees until midnight or 1am rather than have to hire an additional clerk to keep the store open overnight.

to the original question, I'm sure people in apartments win, you just don't see the moment televised - you don't see moments televised anymore, come to think of it. No super bowl ad and I don't think I've seen a PCH ad in a long time. There is no reason to believe they can't win because I don't recall in the official rules that say apartment dwellers are not eligible.

p.s. glue sticks inside the container. Ever have Elmer's Glue or superglue harden up in the nozzle or on the inside part of the nozzle that you have to clean it to get the glue to flow again?

Glue doesn't stick to the container because it needs air to dry.

It's called Publishers Clearing House, not Publishers Clearing Apartment!

Just kidding, I have no clue. Is that crap still around?

you probably mean circulating air. There is air in a glue bottle (the volume in the container not taken up by the remaining glue). It just doesn't circulate inside there and we know it's not a volume in a vacuum.

    I've always wondered that too.
When I lived in an apartment, and got the PCH envelope in the mail, I thought I had no chance to win since the commercials always showed the winners in homes.
Of course, homeowners still have a one-in-a-kazillion chance of winning anyways.
But it's nice to know I wasn't the only person who wondered that.

Stores are required by law to have locks, Plus some close on certain holidays. They wore helmets because of radios and dress requirements also.
