Biddle doing very well so far. Not necessarily a breakout prospect next year but I think he can jump to the top 50 after a season in Lakewood.

From following him for a long time I would say he grades out like this.

Fastball- 60/65
Slider is 50/60
Changeup- 40/70
Command- 45/55

I might be a little high on the change up. A lot reports have it that it can be a plus pitch. With the Phillies developing staff with changeups I feel confident in it.

The Phillies have been doing a great job in stockpiling and developing pitchers in their lower levels the last couple years.

I can't wait for the Cardinals to not sign their 1st rounder (zack cox) and give it all to their 12th rounder (austin wilson).
