Merry Christmas Eve Eve!

Busy day today. Food shopping to get the 7 fishes for tomorrow night and a Prime Rib Roast for the smoker.

Pierogi making later today. We make about 10 dozen for the Christmas Eve dinner. 12 people.

Get a bottle of wine up from the wine cellar.

Cooking starts tomorrow morning around 6am
