I have read them both, but have to say that I enjoyed "When the Game was Ours" by Larry and Magic and Jackie McMullen about a thousand times more. I love Sports Guy, but that book was fantastic.

I have that in mye queue at the library. I had checked it out last week, then returned it immediately when I received the basketball book by Simmons. Glad to hear it was a great book, I really cannot wait to read it (all of these basketball books are bringing me back into the NBA, especially Simmon's).
