Oh Beefy, you conspiracy theorist. I have thought from time to time that his might be true. But don't you think it would have come out by now? I mean, the actual facts, and proof?

I am not sure why you are posting this as if it is fact.

It will come out around the same time as the facts that the Knicks won a rigged lottery to get Ewing. I'm a Celtics fan BTW, so me defending the Bulls isn't a bias at all. Just want to make sure that is pointed out.

I agree with both of the things you mention here beefy.

On a side note: As a Boston area fan, have you read either/both of the Sports Guy's books? If not, I suggest you do. I am almost done with "The Book of Basketball" and I must admit it is one of the best sports books I have ever read.

I have read them both, but have to say that I enjoyed "When the Game was Ours" by Larry and Magic and Jackie McMullen about a thousand times more. I love Sports Guy, but that book was fantastic.

I have that in mye queue at the library. I had checked it out last week, then returned it immediately when I received the basketball book by Simmons.

Glad to hear it was a great book, I really cannot wait to read it (all of these basketball books are bringing me back into the NBA, especially Simmon's).
