1966 Topps High # Phillies

Hey guys,

Starting a little project on some '66 Topps High #s and need some of the Phillies players. Anyone else doing the '66 set?

Ah yes, #591....I remember it well. I'm a Dodgers collector and Bart Shirley (Dodgers player) shares a Rookies Stars card with a Phillies player, Grant Jackson. Took me 6-8 months of holding out for one that looked clean on a straight auction (not BIN) and I still paid more than I thought I would. It was EX+ condition and I paid around $45 for it. I think today the EX/MT one's go for close to $100.

Yeah #591 seems to be tough to find and pricey at times. I also would like to pick up some nice copies of Doug Clemens #489 too. He's MUCH less pricey than the #591 card, prob $1/4 haha
