Anyone post this "old news" on 1/26..Cardenas to the Cubs?

Did anyone post this? I didn't know until right now....Adrian Cardenas...I always thought this guy would be a good player if given the chance but the Oakland A's put him on waivers and the Cubs grabbed him on 1/26/12. Does he have a shot to start? How does the A's who stink not have room for him even in the OF? I have some Sterling auto RC's and a Bowman Chrome auto RC. I thought he was going to be the 3B of the future back then for the Phils. Looks like I am still waiting...
