Anybody been buying Neil Ramirez Elite autos?

Looking for a fair value on this base auto #'d out of 774. From 2007 Elite.

Ebay doesn't have any completed listings and there is one for $14.99 but 90% of the Elite autos on ebay are way overpriced.

I've collected some of those in the offseason and before. I wouldn't pay more than $5 or so. He doesn't have much of a market, but there's at least some potential so he's a good buy methinks.
