Seems like I've been asking for help a lot recently, so thanks in advance.
Not too clear on the PSA/DNA pay structure. I have an item (signed print) that I want to submit with a value of $2000 so if I understand correctly there's an additional $50 since it is a premium item.
I had a couple of questions (assuming the above is correct.)
1 Does this qualify me for Super Express 2 day turnaround (which is $65.)
2. Is the letter upgrade is included free at this service point?
