Looks like he'll have an extended trip to Phoenix one of these days.

Not sure the jail time minimum in AZ for blowing that high, but it can't be good.

If he was a resident he'd likely be spending some time in Tent City rocking pink undies. Since he's a baseball player it's classified as a misdemeanor and the local sheriff will be issuing an apology shortly.
