Can someone pull historical eBay sales? Pay-for service?

I think I've either seen or heard of a pay-for service to pull historical eBay sales informatoin. Can anyone provide me with details?

Honestly, I need to just pull the historical eBay sales for 2011 Topps Triple Threads White Whale Printing Plates for Albert Belle. My personal records show like 7 or 8 have sold on eBay but I can't get them via eBay and I need to show a guy who has one of these what the prices have been to help negotiate a sale of the card with him.

worthpoint.com is the site people use I believe.

No idea what it costs, but they give you a 7 day trial.

No White Whales when I searched Belle, though I've never used the site before...

Do you still have the ebay invoices or the paypal receipts? You could always forward 2 or 3 of those to him. Sort of like your own terapeak. Proves previous sales history anyway.

eBay shows 2 years worth of purchase history now, so just show any purchases you made in the last year of Albert Belle plates from threads.

I found both invoice emails from the printing plates I've won, so I just send screen shots of the details to him. Best I can do at this point without purchasing a month subscription to that service for $30.

Not to take this topic in another direction but why doesn't eBay just keep completed listings going back forever? or atleast like 10 years or something? Is this just a massive amount of data they'd need to keep on their servers or is this strategic on their end or what?

edit: found it now, under the archive option.

You can see the title and what you paid, but not the listing itself.

I searched Terepeak for "albert belle plate" and only found 2 sold in the past year. Neither were Topps Triples.

Thanks for doing this but the word "plate" isn't included in any of these auctions. If you searched "Albert Belle White Whale" I'm positive at least 4 will show up because I won 3 and resold 1 lol... so those 4 transactions HAVE to show up. I know a few others sold which I passed up on winning.

Thanks a lot for looking. Let me know if that new search picks up different results.

This is a great question. If eBay made available all completed data going back forever for every user, I'm sure they'd loose money. For one thing, it would generally make flipping and reselling of specific items for profit that much harder to do.
