I still do. I usually get a parallel--gold or refractor--from Topps. I got a Tom Brady insert #/50 from Panini last year. So it's still hit or miss--mostly miss--but I can't help myself. With all the packaging and Target/Wal-Mart exclusives, I sent out about 7 different ones for 2012 Topps Series 1.

I have sent 6 last year and so far 1 of this year and I got nothing back either way.
I sent for A&G and BC last year, IIRC. Never got anything back, never thought about it after mailing. Since it became a thing to do and they cut the number of allowable entries per household it was a lot less probable for me to get anything, not that I ever got anything super-awesome.
