I didn't even know Kareem Abdul Jabbar was suing UD.

Here's a depo of UD's president, Richard McWilliams... drunk off his ass, taken last week. This depo is an attorney's worst nightmare, if you're counsel for UD.

So Jeff the question is...will Kareem prevail here?

I know you cant say anything that will get you in trouble legal wise but just looking for an educated opinion...based on the actions of the UD President, if Kareem's lawyer does go to the judge to ask for a verdict based on the fact that McWilliams is an uncooperative witness do you think Kareem will win at that point? Or do you think this will drag out even longer until the two sides just reach an agreement, making the lawsuit a moot point? (although it seem UD cant even keep their agreements and pay what they owe)!

Just looking for your thoughts!
