Well i went to the little flea market here in owego,ny just to see what they had since it was my first time. Not much sports stuff to be found but did find these things. Any ideas if the envelope is rare or even the uncut sheet. The envelope is in perfect condition for being from 98. Heres my bucket link so u can see them a little bigger.

Pretty cool item( envelope) I have something similar for the Rangers ALCS championships.
Have also seen 2011 Super Bowl and TCU Rose Bowl envelopes.
I would bet it was something offered at the HOF gift shop or by USPS.
