Do they still make cards of managers?

As someone who hasn't really cared about new issues for years I am finding myself waiting for new cards of Mike Matheny. Do they (Topps) still produce cards of managers?

I don't remember MGR cards in base Topps since 2009, but Heritage usually has several. Last year they had cards of Mattingly, Gardenhire, and Showalter (and probably a few more that I can't think of). There might be a Mattingly this year as well.

I bought a 2012 Topps Value box. It had two hobby packs of 2012 Topps Heritage. I got a bunch of managers in those two packs.

I was hoping that Heritage would have Matheny in it, as the list that was originally released had LaRussa in it.
