PSA question

I am not a member of PSA so I do not know their rules. I have someone doing a submission for me and need to know if PSA will grade a particular card. I have a 1982 Fleer Test of Cal Ripken Jr that was cut from a sheet since that is the only way they were created. Will PSA grade a card cut from a sheet? Or how does it work? Thank you for your knowledge.

Yes, you "might" be able to get a grade but more than likely it will receive an "Authentic" or "Hand-Cut" designation. Grades are super rare on hand cut but it is possible.
