Avery - blue ref last week - [phil]390414182734[/phil] and this week [phil]190563279325[/phil] - quite the change!

Myers - [phil]230779499892[/phil] this week versus [phil]320897221324[/phil] - last week, another nice bump

So I should list my Orange Refractor then, huh. Wish we had a thread of Minor League Callups to keep us posted.

Only here can you see a hot list nomination thread full of prospects and have only one person bring up the hottest player/cards in baseball right now, Josh Hamilton. His regular 1999 Topps cards are getting $10-$15.

Name another MLB'er who has moved the meter besides Hamilton. Once he's mentioned, he's mentioned. Trust me, I would LOVE for people to be talking about JJ Hardy or Jonathan Lucroy, but they ain't. And the point of the thread is to find the biggest movers. They tend to be prospects, as there are, what, 125 MLB'er worth talking about at any time, but 1000 prospects who could get hot at any time? It's just about the numbers.

Hamilton is the hottest player in the entire sport of baseball, bar none. His base Topps rookies are getting close to $15. There is no one hotter. This is a HOT LIST, right. Who gives a crap about some AA player moving up $10 when there is a guy demolishing eBay right now with record prices for his stuff. The fact that one single person even mentioned him, and they only mentioned some small movement on some random auto of his from 2000, is amusing to me. Relax.
