Oh, and FYI:

"Righthander Lucas Giolito, Fried's teammate at Harvard-Westlake HS in Studio City, Calif., remains the draft's biggest wild card after spraining an elbow ligament in March. He hasn't taken the mound since, though he threw on flat ground this week. Teams still don't feel like they have a great read on the health or signability of a player who once figured to be a lock to go in the first three picks. As we did in our initial first-round projection two weeks ago, we're not including Giolito because of the uncertainty surrounding him."

I'm not going to complain, because in every one of these Buxton has fallen a spot, hopefully by 3.0 he will be a Mariner!

I'm a fan of projectable lefties, so I hope he falls somewhere in the 1st.

The thing with Heaney that is different than most pitchers you see is he has no real defined arm slot, he just kind of goes out there and slings it like a kid playing stick ball. But he's a bulldog that wants the ball when his team needs a win. He told me that first time I ever spoke to him that he was glad the team hadn't won yet and he was pitching since he wanted to be the one to get the win we needed. He ended up being the one to put us in the CCBL Championship with one of the best performances I have seen against Wareham in the Western Division finals.

Hearing the Cubs like Almora or obviously if one of the 3 college pitchers is available. Also heard Freid is a possibility

Really hope the Cubs don't nab Correa, they have enough SS. Padres badly need a SS and from the BA article on Correa, he seems like a great kid.
