It usually comes in a collector's vinyl folder. Seems St Vincent, being the tiny country it is, will contract with virtually anybody to make such a postage stamp. I know of a similar item with Nolan Ryan as well. Collector novelties from the 90's like everything else, but no doubt legit items for the player collectors that must have everything. IMHO in no way a trading card.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if it is as real 23K as those Highland Mint gold cards? This one did not come in a holder. Just a penny sleeve and top loader...
