Sorry if this has been posted: http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/8...milwaukee-brewers-minor-leaguer-erick-almonte

He has a good point, in that there is basically no help for the minor leaguers and specifically the ESL players when this happens to them. This was a simple error in testing, but to Almonte's point: how many Latino players probably just ate the suspension because they couldn't afford or even understand the appeals process?

Actually the only 3 Players to EVER have thier suspensions overturned are from the Milwaukee Brewers System. The other is Brandon Katin.

In 2007, Katin tested positive for steroids with a high level of testosterone in a mandatory drug urine test, and faced a possible 50-game suspension.[SUP][3][/SUP] He appealed the test results, and they were overturned

now before anyone jumps to any conclusions, there is zero correlation to the fact that Commissioner Bud Selig has strong ties to the Milwaukee Brewers. None. Don't read anything extra into this at all.

If you want to read some real mental diarrhea, go check out the comments section of that story. A lot of people are actually trying to make that argument. A LOT...

I have no doubt. My comment was mostly tongue-in-cheek. Mostly. :D
